How check-ins work and who can see them

Updated Jan 2026 · 3 min read

A check-in tells your people you're watching the game at a specific venue. When you check in, you appear in that venue's live count and — depending on your visibility setting — on the map for the people you've chosen.

Who can see your check-in

Your visibility is always your choice. You can set each check-in to one of:

  • Everyone — anyone on Disco can see you're here.
  • Crew — only members of your crews.
  • Ghost Mode — you're counted anonymously, but no one sees it's you.

Disco never shares your precise location — only the venue you chose to check into.
