Child safety standards

Last updated · October 28, 2026

1. Zero tolerance

Disco does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or behavior that sexualizes a minor. We remove it and permanently ban every account involved.

2. Disco is for adults

You must be 18 or older to use Disco. Everyone gives their date of birth when they sign up, and we don't create accounts for anyone younger. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

3. How to report

In the app, open the profile or post, tap the menu, choose Report and pick the reason that fits, including Underage. You can block the person from the same menu. You can also email support@godisco.app, with or without the app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

4. What we do with reports

Child safety reports go to the front of our review queue. When we confirm a violation, we remove the content, ban the accounts, keep the information the law requires us to preserve, and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement where required.

5. Following the law

We comply with child safety laws where Disco is available, including US reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests.

6. Child safety contact

Questions about these standards, or reports from organizations and law enforcement, go to support@godisco.app. We read every message to this address.
